Registration
EZ
Registration is a Microsoft Access based application used to
issue, track, and print licenses and renewal notices. EZ Registration utilizes point and
click and drop down fields to allow for fast and easy adding and editing
of licenses.
This application can be easily customized for almost any type of
board, agency or business that issues and tracks licenses, certificates or
registrations.
EZ Registration also has one touch printing of certificates and
renewal notices.
License information entry screens utilize a tabular form. This design allows for easy entry
and viewing of information.
The information tabs break down the license and/or licensee
information into demographic, renewal, employer, education, employer
history and address history.
EZ
Reports
EZ Reports is a reporting module that
can be purchased as an add-on for EZ Registration.
EZ Reports allows the user to generate
daily and date driven cash reports, and it also includes a form used to
allow the user to layout a base report choosing the report order, sorting
and what extra fields to include on the report.
With EZ Reports users
can create reports, mailing labels and diskettes or CD's.
